One Halloween, Billy fashioned his family's rotting scarecrow into the creepiest costume anyone had ever seen. All the neighborhood kids were in and Billy loved it. Stealing what he needed wasn't enough, so he borrowed the family thresher to speed things up. Now with a bountiful harvest, Billy's got enough body parts to scare the town to death!
